Two SoCoBio students, David Fisher (Year 3) and Annabelle Somers (Year 2), attended NIAB’s Poster Day on Tuesday 7th February 2023 to share their research work with colleagues at NIAB. David’s work is on seasonal and regional vulnerabilities to the UK vitamin C security and Annabelle’s research is about how parsnips could be better utilised to safeguard UK folate security.
